  • Individual Counselling & Support $135/50 Minute Session

  • Free 15 Minute Consultation 

Cancellation Policy

Things happen, life happens so if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your session time.  Otherwise, due to the high demand, I will have to charge a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your session.

Insurance Coverage 

If you plan to use health benefits to cover your session fee, please check with your insurance coverage before booking.  Many extended health plans do cover counselling with a certified therapist.  If your plan doesn't cover my services, please contact me to discuss options.
